Australia Standard Shipping (2-8 days) on orders over $99 is FREE.

New Zealand
New Zealand Standard Shipping (6-27 days) on orders under $99 is $18.00.
New Zealand Standard Shipping (6-27 days) on orders over $99 is FREE.

Orders will be despatched within 1-3 business days of making your purchase.

International
At present we are not shipping orders to any other countries due to current logistics and shipping issues. We do apologise for this inconvenience.

 

Returns Policy

At Chemcorp, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Refunds or replacements are only available for items that arrive damaged or not working as intended. To request a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Additional Return Information

  • Discounted items and orders using gift codes will be refunded based on the amount paid (excluding the gift code value).
  • Final sale items and free promotional products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • A prepaid return label will be provided to make the process simple.
  • Incorrect Product – have you received a miscellaneous product? Apologies, please contact us, so we can work through the issue with you.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If that method is unavailable, a website credit will be provided.
  • This returns policy does not govern the return of any products (Third Party Products) purchased from a third party (Third Party Provider) to which Chemcorp Distributes. The return of Third Party Products is governed by the terms and conditions of the respective Third Party Provider.

 

Order Changes

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot modify it, as our team may already be packing your order. To add or change items, please place a new order. Standard shipping fees will apply unless you qualify for free shipping.
